Amy’s professional background includes more than 20 years in higher education, healthcare, non-profit, church leadership, and consulting roles in both large and small organizations.

Known for her focus and results-driven approach, she uses her strengths to help clients reach their goals. Amy excels at creative problem-solving and goal orientation, offering innovative solutions. A servant leader at heart, Amy enhances individual capabilities and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement for teams and organizations. Amy’s personal dedication to mission-driven causes, such as co-founding the Anne M. Wolf Breast Cancer Foundation and supporting student success at The Ohio State University reflect her holistic approach. She has a unique ability to understand both the human and operational sides of organizations, allowing her to integrate systems and resources effectively.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and nurturing her flower gardens.
